Personalization Policy
Your CDs will be personalized exactly as you enter the information.
We ask that you do NOT type in all caps and that you double check all spellings before submitting your order - what you enter on your order is what you’ll receive.
Personalized CDs are NOT refundable (unless we’ve made a mistake). Please note that returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.
How We Ship Our Personalized CDs
If you’re ordering Personalized items, they will be shipped via FedEx Ground or U.S. Priority Mail (in the U.S. only) within 7 to 10 business days to allow for personalization. For international orders of Personalized CDs, please call us at (818) 783-8485 to make special arrangements.
PLEASE NOTE: WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100 (in the U.S. only). Most personalized CD orders qualify for free shipping.
If you’re ordering non-personalized items along with your personalized CDs, and would like to have these items shipped right away, please PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER and choose your shipping preference for those items.

information twice (except for your credit card #). All personal information
is held in strict privacy.]
We will process your separate order within 24-36 hours from the time received, M-F.
Orders received after 4 p.m. (E.S.T) will be processed the following business day.
