No matter how detailed your planning has been when you have your final planning session with your band or DJ, we don't want you to forget to handle this last detail properly.
By the end of your last planning session with your band or DJ, make sure you have a written program of your wedding…in other words, your 'script'.
The extra 30 minutes or so that it takes to write out your entire program will be the most important minutes of your planning…the minutes that will guarantee success and make yours a wedding to remember. Even if you're planning a small wedding and not hiring a band or DJ, it's important to have a written program.
